Unit Summary
This unit will allow the students to gain further knowledge in aerobics exercises. This unit will focus on three aerobic activities, running, aquatics, and biking. Students will get the opportunity to gain skills on each of the three activities. This course will also cover the proper biomechanics of the human body to perform each aerobic activity. The proficiency level required for each activity in this unit will be that of a beginner in the beginning of the unit, but once the unit ends the student will be expected to show an intermediate level of proficiency in each activity. This course unit will challenge students to improve their physical fitness level.
